Clean and tidy, quiet non smoker, looking for a room near to work, have my own home south, currently traveling 2 hrs. plus each day. Enjoy cooking, bike riding, board games , cards and chess. Will spend most weekends back in the country, depending on work commitments Length of stay is flexible, one month chosen as a starting length
Location, location, we are directly across from the beach at the quieter end of Semaphore, just look out the lounge window and the beautiful beach is right there. The home is older but it has been well looked after, the room on offer is at the back of the house, it doesn't have a built in wardrobe but is quite large. The backyard is quite large with two sheds, so if you need to store anything you will have more than enough room. We have one dog at the house but he isn't a fan of other dogs so unfortunately we can have any more pets at the property.
22, working shift work as a Mental Health Nurse! I'm a fun, kind and caring person who loves to have a drink or 10. I'm also tidy, reliable, organised and very respectful of other people's spaces Would love to find a place where I can have a dog too, but that's not essential
Hi there, my name is Mark. I am respectful of people and property. Very clean within house and outdoors, love gardening. Clean hygiene. Consider myself to be social but love my own private space and time! Reliable with rent: direct debit or cash, I'm flexible. I like walikng eating healthy riding my push bike as it is my transport. I'll respect your privacy and communicate in a proper manner.
Hello :) A little bit about me, I work fulltime (love my job) and studying part time, I love to keep fit and live a healthy life style, however I do love a few wines and the odd Barrys burger every now and then. I love to have a chat but most importantly I love to laugh, I am hoping to find a housemate who is like minded who I can also be friends with aswell. In saying that I do value my own space and will respect yours. I also have a gorgeous 8 year old bull mastiff X (not as a big as you think) named Zander, he is a big sook and loves a cuddle, unfortunately he doesn't like other dogs so he would have to be the only one in the household. I am flexible on suburbs but would like to stay as close to Sempahore as possible and would be looking to move asap Let me know if you are interested :)

Moved back home after being on Hamilton Island for a couple years and looking to get closer to the city I’m a active, adventurous person that’s very friendly and clean. I work full time in construction and love what I do. My hobbies are all active things like gym, motorbikes, hiking, snowboarding, spear fishing. Definitely need to live with people that are friendly and keen to hang out sometimes.
Easy going, clean and tidy Reliable Quiet Respectful mature I'm a life coach Would like to work on mental health I like to chill with a glass of wine cheese platter and talk with friends and family Love a good bbq with friends and family Beach bushwalking and tennis
I’m a mature nurse and I’ve move to Adelaide to be with family. I’ve traveled a lot over the years and have a youthful attitude as well as a well developed sense of humour. I’m clean, tidy and respectful, whilst enjoying the company of others at times. I’m independent and self sufficient, but also caring and good company.
Hamish and I are both 26 years old, recently moved to South Australia for work. Both currently working shift work as a nurse and paramedic. We’re pretty outgoing active people, we’re friendly and like to socialise but also respect people’s privacy and are both clean and tidy people.
hello! I am looking for place to call home, i have lived in a share house fo the last 2 years in Canada so i understand about respecting personal space and keeping everything nice and tidy, i do like to socialise and have fun as i am adventurous person but also likes there own time.
On 18 Nov I am doing the climate refugee thing and relocating from Alice Springs to Port Adelaide for a 14 week summer season through to April. I am looking for accommodation that includes my dog (terrier, ‘Teddy’). I also have children that I’d like to accommodate occasionally. A big yard would be perfect. Do you have a veg garden that needs work?
I am courteous, respectful of others and sociable. Certainly neat and clean with a passion for food, sport and music. Non-drinker and Non-smoker but not fussed if other flatmates are.
Jaimee and I are both friends, who are looking for a place close to the beach and for someone to join us! We are very social girls who would enjoy living with people who become more like friends than housemates. We are both looking to spend around $150 each, per week. Jaimee works fulltime and is an all-around beautiful person, who cleans and is always happy and enjoys a solid F45 session. I work in Hospitality and study Veterinary Bioscience full time out at Roseworthy and need to relocate for study commitments. I love to be around others and you will probably always find me with a glass of wine in hand. Give us a dm on the gram @ sarahkendallmackay
Hi my name is Clarisse and I would like to live ideally in a house between Semaphore/Port Adelaide/Bowden somewhere - suburbs near and around Port Road I guess. Currently I live around here and I really like it!!! I study full time (Marketing and Communications), work in the CBD and volunteer so I am always very busy. I try to be a decent human being so I would say that I'm nice to live with. I'm not a night owl or a huge party animal (but I don't care if you are) and I usually spend my down time watching weird movies or browsing through op shops. I will probably be very socially awkward at first but I warm up quickly and it would be nice to live with some people that like to hang out with each other some of the time! Probably an important note for some folks is that I am vegan - I don't care what you eat, as long as you're ok with me using a separate fry pan and don't ask me every single day how I manage to survive without cheese (asking once is fine lol). Very LGBTQ+ friendly. This feels like I am filling out a dating profile so I'm going to end it here. **Please message me via Flatmates, not phone! I am on the computer more often than my mobile :-)
I am a 23yo girl that owns a beautiful 2 year old golden retriever, we are looking for a housemate that accepts dogs and is looking to rent around the western suburbs of Adelaide. We are very easy to get along with!
Have been living for the last years by myself but can't justify spending that much money on a home where I spend little time due to work (working as electrician in Mawson Lakes) I'm very organised and tidy yet easy to get along with (I think). My lifestyle is very active and usually involves the beach which is why I would like to move as close as possible to it. At my current place I have a open contract so I can move anytime as I just need to give 2 weeks notice, though I would prefer to move rather sooner than later. (I'm not Australian but speak English well and am permanent resident)
Hey there potential housemate/landlord! I know that everyone says this, but I am a legitimately respectful and clean housemate, with a lot of experience in share houses, and I can get along with anyone. I work 6 days a week, quite long hours, and I also go to the gym most mornings, and I like to relax with a quiet beer and a chat after work. Anything else you need to know, just ask!
I'm a full-time student who will be studying year 12 in 2019. I'm quite timid and tend to keep to myself, but will pull my weight and keep things neat and tidy. I have mental health issues, so a loud and busy household isn't ideal, but pets are wanted and welcome! I like to write and play music, as well as draw and hang out with my boyfriend who would ideally occasionally come over. I look forward to sharing with you!
