He reckons near the 12 month mark. Rent is $155/week and includes electricity, gas, lawns done, cleaner once a month for bathroom etc, oh and unlimited internet. (was $160 but I need someone in A.S.A.P.) Your room is a great size, it can be furnished or not, depending on what suits you. There's a shed for storage or use also. If you have a cat or dog, it's negotiable, it would have to get along with Huckles who's a 7+yo desexed spoodle, barks a lot (like every time you come home) but is a good dog and friendly enough. Hi! I am a single parent of 2 (3 years & 4.5 years) and I have relocated from Brisbane to Toowoomba and am currently staying with family. I am 28 years old and work full time (9 day fortnight) as a Finance Officer. My children attend daycare 4 days a week and are cared for by their Grandparents in the alternate Monday that I work. They spend every alternate weekend with their Father & we aren’t home the weekends they are with me (as visit family, are out and about). We have shared housed before in Brisbane so my two children are respectful & courteous of others and are well behaved. We are clean & tidy, we are a gluten and dairy free family (just FYI) and I myself do not drink alcohol etc. My daughter commences Prep In Jan 2019 so we are currently looking to be in the Toowoomba East or Rangeville catchment. Hi everyone, I'm originally from Melbourne and will be moving to Toowoomba for a full-time job as an IVF scientist in mid-August. I will be staying around 9 months (with possible extension, depending on the job). As I will not own a car, I prefer to live somewhere close to work (near St Vincent hospital) and the shops. I am generally a very clean, organised and reasonable person that respects other people's privacy. I am also a quiet, but friendly person. In my spare time, I like to binge TV dramas or anime, explore new places, try new foods and learn new skills (ie. baking, guitar). I hope to find a flatmate with a similar mindset and be able to get along with. I am also looking to only share with females at this point. Full-time nurse looking for new accomodation! I work shift work so am often out of the house. When I am home I’m tidy, quiet and mostly keep to myself. Looking for at least 6 months accomodation and looking to move in the next 2-4 weeks however this is flexible. I do have an indoor cat who I would be bringing with me. She is very cuddly once she gets to know you. Prefer an unfurnished room however this is flexible also.
