I’m Scott 👋, currently a PT out of Norwood working mainly mornings and evenings. Just currently seeing if someone would be a good fit.
I’m pretty chilled, I love travelling, seeing bands, visiting wineries, mountain biking, outdoor stuff etc. I’m 43 and am respectful of other people’s space.
Ideal housemate just gets the ins and outs of living with someone else. Respectful of the space, cleans up after themselves and good human being things.
The bedroom is quite large, has its own en-suite, queen bed, built in robes, desk, chair, cupboards, bedsides, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan, natural light etc.
The house comprises of 2 upstairs bedrooms both with en-suite and a toilet downstairs. There is a courtyard at the front, great for drinks/eating/sun and a lockable front gate for security. Combined living and dining area. The kitchen as an electric oven, gas cook tops, microwave and decent cupboard space.
I have a near new washing machine, there is ducted air con through the house, smart tv and quality Bluetooth speaker system.
I have unlimited wifi included plus fetch tv which has some Foxtel channels.
