About the property
This property is great because it is quite large which allows everyone to have there own space when needed. It is also close to the city close to the beach close to public transport and close to flinders me medical centre. All the rooms are a good size but the kitchen is a bit small which isn't too bad. As it's in a dead end street there is kind of off street parking available, hard to explain but you will see for yourself. I also have a home gym available to use if you like. It has great reverse cycle air conditioning which keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Hi There,
My name is JD and I have a room for rent, the room is furnished and has built in robes, and you will be sharing a bathroom and living room. The house is quite well located on a quiet street in Clovelly park, it is 15mins from the city, 15mins from glenelg, 10min walk from tonsley train station and 10mins from flinders medical centere.
I myself am a quiet person who works 5-6 days a week most weeks and enjoy reading, going to the gym, seeing friends or catching up with family in Vicor Harbor. I am clean and very respectful of others privacy. Yet I am also quite welcoming and enjoy a good chat over a beverage or two.
