It takes me 8 minutes to walk to the sand of Henley Beach South which is amazing. The street itself is beautiful and quiet, with a reserve opposite the house filled with trees and grass. Ideal location!
The house is a nicely presented town house with a great open plan living area at the bottom. All bedrooms are upstairs. There is a single garage and a small entertaining area in the back with some lawn. **Special note that the current furniture is different to that in photos. There is a large table outside, but currently no dining table inside.
