Modern house in a quiet street in Mitchell Park. Very close to train and bus services, and convenient to Flinders Uni/Medical Centre, Tonsley TAFE and Westfield Marion. The house is completely furnished aside from the bedroom but has a built-in robe. The living/dining area is air-conditioned and open plan with access to the back pergola that has it's own outdoor seating. I like to keep the place pretty clean and some garden maintenance is required in the lease, the landlords cover part of the water bill for this.
The room available is bed 2 in the floor plan. I have an ensuite so the other bathroom would be your own aside from guests.

About the flatmates
I'm a Psychology PhD candidate, mainly working from home at the moment. I'm vegan and would love to share with someone like-minded but it's definitely not essential! I love going to the beach, finding new places to explore and binge watching tv series. I have a very friendly dog called Willow so loving dogs is a must! Other dogs are welcome however no cats as I'm allergic.
I'm looking for someone who is clean and considerate but mainly, just someone who can communicate. There is garden maintenance required for the property but if that's not your thing, I'm happy to trade off for the moping.
