About the property

This stunning blue-stone terrace home is filled with light, dotted with indoor plants, and comes with the sweetest hypoallergenic Siberian named Chai!

It features two living-room areas, cute courtyard and atrium, balcony, and front patio. Unlimited internet, reverse-cycle air-con downstairs, and evaporative cooling upstairs.

Your 4x4.5 metre upstairs bedroom room is spacious with huge storage cupboards, fireplace, and north-facing light streaming in daily. Built-in heater and floating floor-boards.

This is in an incredible location in North Adelaide, one-minute walk from the golf course/parklands, close-by to O'Connell St restaurants, pubs, and shops. 15-minute bike ride to the city and 3-minute walk to the free city bus.

Great value for such a gorgeous place at $195 plus shared bills.

You would be signing onto the 12 months lease with a 6-week bond, however if you need to move out sooner we understand, there is just a $150 change of tenant fee and as with most sharehouses you would need to pay rent until you are replaced by another tenant. Move-in date is flexible.

About the flatmates

We are looking for a new housemate to live in a relaxed and clean sharehouse, with a warm and open dynamic. We are farewelling Jaymi who is moving sea-side. We have a preference for a female however are open to anyone if it's the right fit!

We are Jasmin, 33, psychologist yogi; Ragan, 33 wine-making foodie; and Stefan, 27 local government fitness lover.

Please message us if you are interested, we'd love to hear from you :)
