The house is a cute modern, two story, town house located just a walk away from Westfield Marion and 5 minute drive to the beach. We have ducted air con throughout and wifi. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs which share the upstairs bathroom and 1 bedroom down stairs with an en-suite. The room available is one of the upstairs rooms, which shares the bathroom with Zoe. The room is most suitable for a double bed and has a large built in wardrobe. We also have a super cute low maintenance backyard and 1 off street car park. Unfortunately the house is not pet friendly!

Hi, our current house mate (Cheslea) is sadly moving to Queensland! So we are on the hunt for someone to replace her. You will be moving in with;
Dylan, is 26 and a wine maker and currently studying viticulture. He's a pretty laid back guy who loves to stay busy. He enjoys going to the gym and to the beach to snorkel or surf. He also likes to spend time with his friends and go camping.
I, Zoe, am 24 and work in hospitality whist I study my degree in Naturopathy. Usually I work in the evening and am home studying during the day. On my off days I enjoy being with friends, at the beach or at the gym. I also love taking my paddle board out or going camping.
We are looking for someone to join our laid back house vibe. We enjoy having a wine together and hanging out but we are very respectful of down time and private space. We also both like to keep the common areas of the house very clean and tidy so that it is a nice space for everyone. We are not a party house!!
