This house is fully furnished and located in a very quiet street close to Flinders University and the Pasadena Shopping centre. Its a 5 minute walk to Tonsley Campus and the Free Tonsley Transfer service which allows you to ride free between all Flinders University Campuses. Alternatively the house is a 2 minute walk from the Flinders University Free Loop Bus service that stops at the corner of Quinlan Ave and Norman St (Evening Service 1).

The house contains:
Fully ducted air conditioning and has two showers and two toilets for use. Bedrooms are furnished containing clothes rack, study desk, draws, lamp and a king single bed with electric blanket (sorry no couples). There is heaps off street parking available.

Rooms are fully secured with a pin coded lock or key lock meaning that no one can get into your room when you are out.

Communal areas and bathrooms are cleaned once a week however you are responsible for cleaning up in the kitchen after use and keeping your room clean.

No couples, pets or party animals.
