It’s a warm homely space, and the location is amazing. Being right on the river Torrens for walks and run, and on a bike path into the city is so convenient ☺️ It’s 7 mins drive from Grange beach and a walk or tram ride into the city.
The space is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, one office and two lounge double fronted 1905 cottage in West Hindmarsh, on Torrens Ave, just across from the Brickworks and river Torrens bike path.
There is a separate dining room, an outdoor garden and deck, shed, veggie patch, a small lawn and carport.
The room for short term rental is furnished. There is a video walk through of the place attached ^^

About the flatmates
We are a warm, homely, community minded share house. I am renting out my room (furnished with an ensuite) until October, or up to 6 months. One other housemate will stay living in the other room.
We would love to share the space with someone who is collaborative, community minded, tidy and an open communicator.
