The house was built in 2019. Is nice and cosy. Super warm in winter, and every room has central heating, and AC in summer. Is located a couple of blocks from the creek's walking track where you can see lots of beautiful birds.
The area is conveniently located near mt dunned road and Charlemont road. Only 8 km to Bancoora beach, and 10 minutes to Geelong. The shops are about 2 kms from here.
There is a projector for movie nights and a low maintenance backyard.

The garage has space for all sorts of sports gear.

About the flatmates
I'm a PhD student at Deakin, and part-time teacher. I'm clean and tidy, non-smoker, positive. Very active, I enjoy MTB, running, rock climbing. I'm very easy going and will help whenever I can. As I believe housemates become like family and can help each other.
I enjoy having friends around for dinner or board games every now and then, but also enjoy my time alone. I have a 10yo son, who is with me every second week. So it would only be 2 flatmates in some weeks. I will be happy to share the cooking (vegetarian).
Enjoy watching movies every now and then, and play the piano.
When my son is away, I like traveling and camping.
