This is an all-female share house and granny’s flat at Lloyd Street, Alderley. It's 300 meters from Coles Alderley and the same distance to public transport (bus345/390/360). There are two rooms in the house and two rooms in granny's flat. The house and the granny's flat are separate. So you will be living with one flatmate only, and you only share the bathroom, toilet and sink with one person. Its available for both short term and long term. It is a decent size room with air conditioner and it has a bedside table, study table, computer chair, wardrobes, fridge, microwave, and a single bed. There is only one kitchen in the main house. Cooking utensil is all for share but need to clean up after use. There are some restrictions to the cooktop to ensure a clean kitchen but no restriction to the oven, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker.
This is only for one person only. Not for couples.
