The House:
The house is a 4 bedroom with a modern kitchen and interior spaces. The kitchen has plenty of fridge and cupboard space all clearly labelled to make moving in a breeze.

There is a huge back deck which is a perfect spot to chill or eat meals at.

There is just the 1 bathroom but has a separate toilet which works quite well.

Parking:
Lots of off-street parking as well as 4 undercover car parks out the back.

Location:
Located on Sampson Street, Annerley, a short walk to the UQ bridge and a stone's throw away from the best Café in Brisbane, Paper moon ;)

Bond and Bills:
ALL BILLS INC IN RENT! This includes power, gas, water and unlimited internet.

Bond is 4 x rent.
If you can’t come up with the 4 weeks bond straight away I miiiiight be able to accept 2 weeks to start with however I will make that call once I meet you.

No strict house rules… just the obvious stuff like clean up after yourself, be respectful to others, and do your fair share of housework.

We get a cleaner in around every month to give the house a good once over and as mentioned above we also get the lawns mowed which is all included in the rent.
