About the property
We live in a big 3 bedroom 2 bath Queenslander with a large veranda with great sunset views 😊 There is A/C/ heating in the living area and fans in all rooms. The house is walking distance to the PAH with a train station near by. We are also less then 10mim drive to Southbank and Westend End. We live in a lovely quiet neighbourhood.
We like keeping the house tidy and have a cleaner that comes every fortnight to do main living areas and bathroom for $60 ($20 each).
Room comes with garage space under the house.
The current housemate will be moving out about 24 June so room will be available from then.

About the flatmates
My name is Kim. Myself and Kayla are full time workers in our 30s. I live in the main bedroom and have my own bathroom. I’m a nurse at the PAH and work shift work, which includes nights. I love to swim, cook and chilling on the veranda watching the sunset with a cheeky drink.
I live with a lovely housemate name Kayla, who you would be sharing a bathroom with. She is very clean and respectful of your space and things. Kayla works an office job Monday to Friday. She likes to cook, go camping, and to catch up with friends. She is super lovely and easy to get along with and talk to. We have our separate lives, never been a party house but love a good chat, getting a take away every now and then together, chilling on the balcony with a drink and having a boogy lol
We are both respectful of the common living areas and clean up after myself.
We are both into trying to keep plants alive lol and would love if you could add to our collection.
