The house is a nicely renovated and extended cottage, so has old charm and modern comfort. The house is over two floors with bathrooms and kitchens on both floors(downstairs kitchen does not have a stove or oven however so more of a breakfast bar). There is a large balcony upstairs and a larger deck downstairs heading into the yard. The house is very well located with a bus stop just at the end of the street, quick access to the highways, and a train station not far.

About the flatmates
My name is James, I am originally from Central Queensland and I work in property full-time.
I love sport(football, rugby etc) and music(I play guitar badly). I have a small dog named Groucho who is a english staffy x, so you will have to be ok with him begging for food and pats on the regular.
The other current housemate is Jeff, who is also 26 and works FIFO as an engineer and so is only home half the week.
