Beautiful old classic Auchenflower house! It's not a new house, but has lots of trees, wooden throughout, a share house for many years. You'll spend most of summer on the verandah, looking at the wall of greenery. This house has character, but is also kept very clean.
The master bedroom is available for rent, just had a new coat of paint and freshly polished floors, best room in the house! All bills and unlimited cable internet included, along with Netflix if you need.
Great access to the bus and train to the city/valley or UQ / QUT, 5 mins from train, 2 mins from the bus. In the Lime zone! :D
** Not really a suitable yard for a dog, but would welcome a friendly cat to join us!
