About the property
The property is a free standing townhouse with plenty of space. Double lock up garage, ducted air conditioning and a small but well kept garden. The complex has a small pool and visitor parking.
I have a new TV which has netflix, stan etc, which I am happy for people to use. I also have a coffee machine and air fryer which I am happy to share as long as its kept clean and in good condition. I don't mind pets but the place has brand new fitted carpets so they must be toilet trained and given the property on the smaller side. I do have a pet bird but he is usually at my mums so if it's an issue we can work it out.
No special rules, and I am pretty easy going. Happy to chat but also like my own time.
