Will be placing acoustic guitar, acoustic bass, and cujon drum in living area for general use (happy to teach).
2nd housemate and bathroom sharer is a 30 year old female graphic design programmer that works for a company and teaches at university
Ps if I end up doing all the cleaning, I will get a weekly cleaner and split the bill... not a neat freak, just tired of being the only one cleaning
