The room itself is a large air-conditioned ensuite compared to other Camp Hill units, with gorgeous green scenery and 2 lovely housemates. Your room will be the master, with ensuite and private balcony. It's a beautiful area within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, a BWS (handy), and bus stops if you require public transport.
We're at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there are multiple off-street parking options, however we do have a 1 car garage and a visitor park out the front. If you would like the garage, this will be an extra $5 added to rent.
This room would be suitable for a couple or single person, no pets (sorry).
If interested, I am also offering my washing machine, dryer and outdoor furniture for the potential housemate to have. Please let me know.

Hi there! I suddenly have to move to NSW, which means I need to leave my beautiful master bedroom in Houthem Street :(
Lucy (23) and Jordan (24) are the current housemates in this unit, and whilst they are partners they are not closed off to making friends. They're a charismatic duo who love spending time in the kitchen and watching Netflix who would expect a housemate with similar interests.
