I have one large furnished bedroom available with own separate bathroom. You will also have access to another bedroom, set up as a second TV room &/or study with a sofa couch. Furniture & mattress are all brand new.

My townhouse is in a quiet complex & has ducted air conditioning & ceiling fans throughout. Internet, Netflix & all other expenses are included. Pool in complex for those hot summer days. Walking distance to Carindale Shopping Centre & major bus routes.

I'm very easy going & looking for a clean & tidy, non smoking, male or female. (No couples please). I am self employed & work Mon - Fri, 7am - 5pm. On the weekends I'm either doing home improvements, or out with friends & family. I do also like to stay home & binge on Netflix & other streaming services.....

Age of flatmate is not an issue for me, (Students welcome also) as I get along with just about everyone. This is not a party house, so if you're looking for a quiet & relaxing place to live this could be the right place for you? I am very approachable, friendly & willing to help out where I can.
