I have a FURNISHED room to rent in a self contained area separate to the upstairs, with the 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchenette, loungeroom all downstairs. The laundry is shared.
Non smoking no drugs household.
Features: furnished bedrooms with brand new very comfortable KING single beds. Furnished lounge. All necessary kitchen supplies. Nice furnished back deck, large smart TV, large living room/ dining area. Close to transport, shops, cafes and restaurants, beaches, and the ferry to Stradbroke Island. This is a beautiful, quiet, very safe area. I have cctv cameras on the whole external house but no suburb needs it less quite frankly.
Price includes yard maintenance, electricity, water, nbn.
There is a shared laundry with washing machine and dryer.
I do have the ability to accommodate caravan/motorhome off street.

There are sandy beaches close by. Check out the Cleveland point lighthouse restaurant for drinks on the water, or the grand view hotel. There’s also the Raby Bay Harbour for restaurants with a water view.
There’s plenty of natural wetlands for walks and a good koala population.
There are markets on in the Main Street every Sunday, and another night market at Raby Bay Harbour.

For the peace and privacy of both you and the other person you share with I prefer to keep the house with a no guests rule. This way when you are relaxing at home, you wont have unknown people in your living space and same goes for your housemate.
