About the property
The pool, the close proximity to the city and nightlife, and of course the housemates.
We are a relaxed household of (currently) two women and two men that likes to socialize with each other. We have a pool, generous entertaining areas, fully furnished house with multiple fridges, and 2 cats!
Most of the tenants work full time so we like to enjoy the time we have at home or out on the town, which is easily accessible via bus (bus stop at the top of our road and others nearby) and ferry. You can also walk to (or back from) the valley in approximately 30 minutes.
Smokers welcome. Bills include internet, gas, and electricity. Electricity tends to be fairly cheap as we have solar panels on the roof. We also have a cleaner that comes once a week to do a thorough clean of the shared areas, and we all pay $12 a week for the service, which helps ensure we can easily maintain a clean and welcoming household.
The room is 2.7 x 3m and can fit a queen sized bed, with a ceiling fan and a large window, as well a wardrobe and various hooks to hang paintings etc
