We currently have one room available, its a large room with a ceiling fan and a study/sun room/walk in closet space, which is a great place for your own little greenery or a bright study setup.
The shared spaces are: a kitchen, big living room, sun room and dining room. They're all furnished and there's also a big backyard with a well kept BBQ. The house is a comfortable Queenslander, close to public transport (Bus, Ferry), shops and easy to get into the city.
There is also free on street parking and NBN.

About the flatmates
Hi I'm Eden, one of our housemates just moved out and there's a spot free for someone who's friendly, tidy and enjoys a chat. I've been staying at the house for a few years now and love it to bits, its a perfect hangout spot, with a great atmosphere and close enough to everywhere you want to be but just far enough to miss all the hustle and bustle.
I'm a 23yo student currently studying Computer Science at QUT. I play social soccer Mondays, get to the beach as much as possible, love playing board games and like a quiet read in the sun. I'm always keen for a movie night or social dinner with housemates but also respect everyone's space.
My other housemate Ethan is a fantastic guy, he works full time as a telecommunications installer and you'll occasionally catch him on midday breaks back at the house. But when he's not busy with his work, he's great for a chat and the occasional house dinner.
