Common sense is important. We are not neat freak but looking for someone who will treat this as their home and be respectful. Open communication and always happy to chat or discuss any issues.
Love dogs is a plus. Our dog passed away early 2020 but we still don't know when we will get another one. Maybe in a couple of years.

They have been stuck in Australia for 2 years and just recently managed to go back home so it might be a while before they come back again. They have the master bedroom and en-suite so you will be sharing bathroom with my husband and myself.
