The room has aircon and great views, and there is a pool and barbecue facilities on the premises. You have your own bathroom. Bedding and towels are provided. There are also 3 gyms close by. Grocery shopping and a cinema theatre are practically across the road on James St. You are 5 minutes walk from the train station. I have lived here for three years and have had no issues with the place. Oh yeah and did I mention that it is in the hub of club n' pub land, not that it's my thing. Yep I don't drink but I'm happy for you to have a couple of quite ones on the balcony.

I am a laid-back, quiet, mature male and not much fazes me. I have a home studio set up in my bed room and a room full of guitars but don't worry, I only record when there's no one around...but you're welcome to contribute or jam if you're of the musical kind. I'm also a gym fanatic which helps keep an ole fella like me young lol. Generally I keep to myself, but I am always open to friendly conversation. I work night shifts as a Mental Health worker so I would prefer someone who is working full-time during the day or is a full-time student. I keep the place clean and tidy so I would expect you to also.
