About the property
It is very spacious and modern two story town house, located near to brookside and Everton Park. It's a 5 minute walk to the gaythorne train station and 15 minutes to the city by car. With air duct air-conditioning/ heating as well as fans in every room.
We have a nice small outdoor area with space to hang laundry.
There is currently a couple and one other boy all working professionals in our mid 20’s. We all get along and like to have the occasional drink together so we would like to find someone who will fit in with us :)
There is one bathroom upstairs and another toilet downstairs as well.
We have a double garage and lots of street parking. A note with the garage is that we decked it fully out with home gym which we all use.
Internet and electricity is not included in the rent.
