The loungeroom is a little empty apart from a dining table (as I'm pretty much setup in my room), so fill it with anything you want!!
i.e. consider this space as your own.
The balcony is ridiculously large at 4m x 12m with a fantastic view of the city.

There's always plenty of street parking along Dornoch Tce & Boundary Rd. There are bus routes along Dornoch Terrace.
City-Cat Ferry is a short walk down to the river (which is one stop across to UQ St Lucia or 3 into the city).

The Monatague Markets Woolworths is brand new and conveniently located for groceries!
Boundary Rd runs down to Westend+Southbank with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short stroll down the hill.

About me: I'm a Radiographer (xrays and stuff), and work close by at the Children's Hospital in Southbank.
