About the property

One room is available in this lovely house. The lounge room is air-conditioned, and all rooms have fans.

There is a combined shower/bathroom and toilet inside the house, and an outside toilet adjacent to the undercover patio.

The bedroom is unfurnished. All rooms have built-in cupboards.

Smoking is permissible, but not inside the house.

Pets may be considered, but dogs must remain outside. Please note there is a great covered patio which the dog can have access too. There is also a secure fully fenced rear yard. There is currently no pets at the residence, but it is a pet-friendly house.

The room is only available to one person, no couples please. We look to ensure only 3 tenants occupy the house at any given time.

About the flatmates

There are two friendly tenants occupying the house.

Bert who is a retired pensioner, and Rob who uses the house only when working in Brisbane as a delivery driver, but who otherwise lives with his family in Dalby on his days off.

They are looking to share with someone friendly, clean, and reliable with paying shared expenses and maintaining the house, gardens and yards.

It is a relaxed quiet house more suited to applicants who are mature and perhaps older in their years. Retired pensioners seeking a friendly co-tenanting existence are welcome to apply, but all applicants will be considered.

Expenses that must be covered in addition to rent include an equal share of electricity, and any lawn/garden maintenance costs. The existing tenants also provide equal share of basic living consumables such as cleaning goods, toilet paper and so forth.
