Dakabin train station is a 15min walk away, Petrie station is the next stop and the trains mostly run express to the city. There's a Spar convenience store a block away and a Woolies not too far. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. The room is the old garage that's been converted so it's quite large with space to put a couch and a TV or desk if you wanted. Wifi included. We'll split elec and water bills. The rest of the house is fully furnished including a large fridge and washing machine. There is one shared bathroom.
