We have two rooms available. We are looking for one new flatmate to fill an unfurnished (or can furnished w/bed if wanting to buy from current tenant) room in a large Queenslander.
Room is upstairs with balcony access, a built-in closet, and the use of two shared bathrooms. Features a ceiling fan and plenty of space for Queen/King bed + desk/shelves.
If you are a couple/ need a bigger room. We have a large room, also upstairs, with a ceiling fan and available with an ensuite (with dual sinks) as well as a walk in closet, and balcony access.
The house is a two story Queenslander with hardwood floors throughout. The yard is fenced, so perfect for any cuddly friends.
There is a large garage out the back for storage/gym/whatever you may need it for, and a long driveway for off-street parking.
Plenty of storage space inside and outside of the house.
-There is a shared shower/toilet on the main floor.
-A shared bathroom (with bathtub) and closet toilet upstairs, plus the master ensuite, so no line ups to the shower in the morning.
-Kitchen is spacious, with gas stove top and all appliances.
-Maccas and KFC is close by. Gabba Stadium is two streets behind us. Coles and IGA are walking distance and Gabba bus station is a short walk, as is the Kangaroo Point cliffs and the ferry to the city.

Hey all,
Your new housemates will be Ben (23), Callum (24) and Byron (30). Ben is an occupational health technician, Callum works at Telstra and Byron works for the government. Ben and Callum are mates from Darwin and Byron is relatively new to the Brissy area. The house generally gets together for the odd card or board game or might do something on the weekend (dinner or axe throwing lol). All are busy with mid week social sports, enjoy socialising with mates and having a chat.
All are easy going, friendly people. We’re looking for a friendly person in their 20s or 30s who is tidy, hygienic (given the COVID times) and good with house sharing things in general.
We would welcome someone who is easy to get on with and keen for a bit of socialising but also happy to go about their own business and respects others’ need for space.
Pets: Dogs are welcome (real estate approval needed) and there is a fenced yard for doggo to hang in. Cats are welcomed if they don't fight other cats or possums (there are a few neighbourhood cats around and plenty of possums).
Viewings: *FaceTime or Zoom viewings can be organised for anyone who prefers this way. Otherwise we're happy to organise face-to-face visits too.
