About the flatmates
The current flatmates are clean, professional, quiet and friendly. They're a mixture of students and young professionals.
I'm the owner of the property but don't live at the house. We always try to choose nice tenants that we know will get on well together. So far we've never had an issue in the 3 years that we've owned the house.
You will also be dealing with myself or my husband with regards to maintenance, we've found Realestate Agents to be pretty bad at keeping on top of maintenance which is why we manage the house ourselves.
