This is student accommodation however I have 1 bedroom available for rent. 2 of the flatmates are Kelvin Grove students who have completed their studies and the other is a student who is still studying at Kelvin Grove. The flatmates are from India, Burma and Vietnam.
It is important that all the flatmates get along and are respectful.
