You’ll be getting a spacious and light-filled room (unfurnished but includes a wardrobe) with a view of the gorgeous jacaranda tree in the front yard. The kitchen is big enough to have dance parties in, extending out to our equally large deck, and we have an expansive backyard bursting with frangipani trees and bougainvillea. Other perks include air con units and ceiling fans in each bedroom, a bath, more storage space than we know what to do with, parking on premises, bus stop right outside our door, and walking distance to shops...rent is only $130p/w plus utilities, and to sweeten the deal you even get to take over my vege patch and kombucha/milk kefir fermentation station!
The current lease ends mid Feb, with a view of renewing another 6 month contract.

About the flatmates
Affectionately called the Moorooka Manor, we are a sharehouse of christian girls in our mid 20s-early 30s who are young professionals and students. We’re big fans of community and hospitality and get up to all sorts of adventures in this house, yet also respect each other’s space and privacy, and care for common areas.
