About the property
Lovely, spacious 4 bedroom house with fast internet, a great kitchen will all the appliances and kitchenware you could ever need and a big lounge with lots of places to sit and chill. We have two large fridges so space is never an issue, and a large 8 piece dining table is great for entertaining. A large breezy deck with furniture is nice in summer. There is plenty of storage space and a large rumpus room downstairs which is furnished and air conditioned(also great in summer!)
It is situated 5mins walk to Coles, Aldi, numerous restaurants, Doctors surgery (Bulk Bills!) Pharmacy and best of all a fantastic cinema.
Public transport is not a problem, buses every 5-10 mins to the City and QUT Kelvin Grove.
If you have a car there is off street parking too.
