3.5 Young professionals that work regular hours during the week. We are all quite active and all cook our own meals. We totally respect each other's space and the need for quiet at certain times during the day/night. We do have standards when it comes to cleanliness but nothing out of the ordinary (yes there is a cleaning schedule but yes it is worth it). Door slammers and those who do not "clean as they go" need not apply.
