About the flatmates
Hi roomie,
We're two single, working professionals - both 29 years old - Engineer and a Mental Health Professional.
We share the house with one terrier (inside dog) who's friendly yet protective.
We're pretty laid-back but lead busy lifestyles, enjoy video-games and streaming and getting outdoors. Basically retired from the clubbing life, but known to step out every now and then. Friday night’s are more likely to involve some casual beers and board games/movie rather than a binge drinking session.
Who you are:
- Working professional, ideally a day worker to align with the house schedule
- Financially reliable – proof of income required.
- Within 25-35 years age bracket
- Male or Female, no preference
- No couples sorry.
- Easy-going, clean, organized.
- MUST be comfortable with dogs and comfortable with sharing space with a dog.
- Respectful and independent.
- Able to comfortably socialize with household and a good fit with our current household.
- Willing to share household chores and duties (ie we prefer to vacuum once a week, clean bathrooms fortnightly and clean up kitchen shortly after use – not 3 days later)
What were not looking for:
- Excessive party-types
- Aggressive, anti-social and emotionally volatile behaviours
