The other room I am ideally wanting to rent out for a 12 month lease. The apartment is close proximity to the Brisbane CBD (5km), and 5 minute bus ride from outside the apartment straight to UQ. There is one garaged parking spot which will be available. There is also available visitor parking that is outside the building. Close amenities such as Toowong train station, Toowong village shopping mall, multiple restaurants and cafes, UQ, Regatta, The RE, Bicentennial bikeway, and a few gyms are all in walking distance to the apartment.

About the flatmates
I am renting one room in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment preferably for students studying at UQ. I currently am not living in the apartment but will be moving back into one of the rooms on the 9th of December.
