The kitchen stocked with all the utensils and appliances you need. Rent includes unlimited high-speed NBN 100/40 internet as well as water. Electricity is the only other bill that is shared between the housemates.

UQ is a 10-15 minute walk away or 5-minute bike, Hawken village is around the same distance, the 412 stop which takes you to Toowong or the city is a 5 min walk down the street, the Guyatt Park ferry terminal is also just down the hill. There is plenty of on-street parking if you need a space for your car no shortage of space for a bike too.
