Fully furnished room available in a large, quiet six-bedroom house.

We have two large fridges shared between the housemates, and each person has a full-height kitchen cupboard, we also have a massive deep freeze so no shortage of fridge or freezer space. The kitchen stocked with all the utensils and appliances you need. The only other expense is electricity (approximately $110 every 3 months).

UQ is a 10-15 minute walk away or 5-minute bike, Hawken village is around the same distance, the 412 stop which takes you to Toowong or the city is a 5 min walk down the street, the Guyatt Park ferry terminal is also just down the hill. There is plenty of on-street parking if you need a space for your car no shortage of space for a bike too.

The room has its own airconditioning unit.
