The living area has a large split system air-conditioner and a deck that overlooks parkland. Downstairs are the other 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry. The laundry has a new front loader washing machine and tumble dryer and there is a courtyard area off of the laundry. Rent includes all bills except electricity.

Currently there are 2 female and 3 male flatmates at the house aged between 23 and 26, all studying at UQ and working part time. The room that will be available in Feb is currently occupied by a female. It's a nice house with a friendly vibe.
I own the house but I don't live there, I live in Ashgrove with my husband and 4 uni aged children.
