We have a lovely master bedroom & ensuite in our two level townhouse available from July - close to Toowong Village/The Regatta/Public Transport & Cafes.

The room is very spacious, with plenty of storage, a modern ensuite, and your own private balcony. It's upstairs, with the modern kitchen, living and dining room, which are already fully furnished. The upstairs area has lovely high ceilings, gets lots of nice sunlight, and leads out to a balcony with a leafy outlook. Paris & I live downstairs & share a bathroom, so you'll have most of upstairs to yourself!

Water bills are included in the rent & we split other bills (internet and electricity) evenly between the 3 of us. Both garage spots are currently occupied but there is plenty of free street parking out the front & on surrounding streets.

Paris and I are looking for a new housemate to join us in our townhouse, as our current housemate is moving overseas.

We're in our mid-20s & have been living together in this townhouse for 6 months. We are looking for someone who is friendly & tidy to sign onto the new lease with us.

I'm a full-time radiographer & Paris is a master's student studying education but also works part-time. We both enjoy good food, being active, watching a good TV show and being social on the weekends.
