I currently have spare rooms still available for rent:

It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, there is access to public transportation. Shops are local, a short drive away incl: restaurants, groceries, outlets, GP, physio E.C.T. . . Unlimited internet is included in the rent as well as utilities. The house is fully furnished. New roommates will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, Study, Gym and bathrooms. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least 12 month minimum.
No pets please!
There is already 3x cats and 2x dogs. All social and friendly.
