I have 1 unfurnised bedroom available to rent in a 2 bedroom apartment located in Westend. The apartment building has a roof top swimming pool and it’s on a quiet street with local shops nearby and public transportation as well.

The room is unfurnished with a built in wardrobe. The Utilities are not included in the rent . You will have access to the common areas of the home. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months. If this sounds like it might suit you, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hi my name is Tabs, 36 and I work from home twice a week and the rest in the CBD . I am a pretty relaxed, bubbly, friendly, respectful person who gets a along with anyone. I enjoy cooking, reading, movies and listening to music, exercising and the outdoors. I like to socialise with my housemates when ever possible , whether sharing a drink or just chillin in the lounge room, But also do like to have my own time especially after long day at work. I am very clean and tidy, and hoping to find a house mate who is clean- tidy and considerate as well.

I also have a little Maltese dog named Leo who is super friendly and enjoys cuddles.
