- Very central place (Maybe the most central building in Canberra as it is located in front of Canberra Centre), nice, clean apartment ( you should keep it clean too), great view, good amenities including dishwasher, laundry with dryer, air conditioner, full kitchen, Fully furnished and me as the owner I am very responsive and supportive. I am not living in the same unit.
