The building is placed in a great location having easy access to Glebe Park and Turner parkland as well as Canberra museum, gallery, and shopping centers. Surrounded by restaurants, food courts, and shops within walking distance.
There is free on-street parking in front of the apartment at night (likely available).
- If you need a parking space, you can have one for an additional 30$ per week.
- Very central place (Maybe the most central building in Canberra as it is located in front of Canberra Centre), nice, clean apartment ( you should keep it clean too), great view, good amenities including dishwasher, laundry with dryer, air conditioner, full kitchen, Fully furnished and me as the owner I am very responsive and supportive. I am not living in the same unit.

I have studied for my Ph.D. in computer vision at ANU/CSIRO and have my own tech company. Flatmates are my side-hobby but it grew to my side-business over time. I have hosted many guests and learned a lot from hosting different people. I have friends from my guests all over the world ( Germany, Colombia, France, Sweden, India, China, Australia, and many other countries).
