Short term rental only. Minimum stay 1 week. The rent includes two bedroom spaces, one a double furnished bedroom, the second a furnished study and/or storage room. Good for people needing initial accommodation while seeking a permanent home.
My home has air conditioning and gas ducted heating. The bedrooms are Ainslie sizes, the kitchen, living and dining rooms are well proportioned. There is a large undercover deck out the back, great for those who like to relax outdoors.
Seeking relaxed, calm and non-drama person, willing to clean on a roster cleaning system ie. one week someone does the floors, and another does the shower room, another does toilet room. Easy!
