About the property

The house is an Ainslie classic which has a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom, a cosy dining room and a living area with a fireplace for the cold winter months. The house is double brick which means it stays cool in summer and warm in winter. The ducted heating throughout is also a winter saviour. The house also has a large back deck which is perfect for sharing a meal or having a drink outside.

We are located on Ebden street, a quick 5 minute walk to the Ainslie shops – nice and close to IGA’s glorious cheese wall.

The room is spacious, easily fitting a queen bed and desk with room to spare. The room also has built in robes and nice natural light.

Rent is $918.15 per month including internet, bond is $813.35. Electricity and gas are split three ways each quarter.

About the flatmates

I am sadly leaving the house, and my two amazing housemates George and Alec, as I’ve bought my own place. The guys both work full time, are in their mid-20s and are very easy going. They enjoy hanging out as a house but are also social and out and about doing their own thing. If having a meal or drink together, playing a game, watching a movie or series, or having a game of tennis sounds good to you then Ebden street would be a good fit!

They are looking for someone who is also easy going and relaxed, who is happy to chip in to keep the house neat and tidy, and who also ideally works full time and is on a similar schedule. If you have indoor plants that would be a bonus!
