About the property

Two kilometres from Lonsdale street, 1.5kms from Ainslie shops and backs onto the gorgeous Mt Ainslie Reserve - what's not to love?

This home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a single car garage and a beautiful front/backyard. More affectionately known as "The Can', this place has warm ducted central heating and a cool breezy evaporative unit with distribution to each bedroom and living spaces.

The kitchen boasts a gas cooktop with ample cupboard space and a benchtop area for food preparation.

In the shared bathroom there are gorgeous 70s fixtures topped off with a large bath. The coloured porcelain is really something to marvel at.

All the rooms are carpeted with the main kitchen/dining area providing a cork floor under foot - this really is a nice touch.

The bedroom in question is North facing and gets beautiful morning sun. The space fits a Queen size bed with a bedside table, a cupboard and a tallboy. It's not the largest room but with a place like The Can, you really don't spend much time in your room.

Well-established share house with all major furnishings installed.

About the flatmates

Three lovely housemates; Mia, James and James. Looking to replace myself.

Mia is in her Mid-twenties, completing her honours at ANU and has committed recently to the 9-5 work life in Barton. Loves to skate and get outdoors.

James is in his early thirties and is a freshly qualified teacher. Enjoys any discussion related to science (if you get him on to space he'll chew your ear off) and often spins some vinyl on the weekends.

Henry is in his mid-twenties and fosters his passion for the environment through his work in the APS. When he's not at the desk, Henry can be found with a tennis racket in hand or prepping for his next half-ironman, soon to be full iron man.

They all enjoy the occasional cold one around the fire bucket or settling in for a movie behind the big screen. I have really enjoyed my time living with all three of these guys!
