House has wrap around courtyard on the north side, so great for capturing warmth on Canberra’s sunny winter days!
Reverse cycle air con for Summer and heating for winter.
Shared bathroom, (with one other) with a bath and a shower. The toilet is separate to the bathroom.
You would be sharing with only one other female (me) and an older character filled poodle cross dog. Small to medium friendly house trained dog welcome.**sorry no cats, my dog would chase them.**
Quiet street, close to the Southpoint mall and great walking tracks and nature.

I run a small creative online business. I work from home most days a week, so a quiet, peaceful happy home is very important to me. I also have a very sweet older Spoodle dog, he is non shedding, but does live inside a lot of the time. So you need to like dogs!
