Two rooms are available in a single-level townhouse in Bruce, 2617.

Location is walking distance to bus stop, AIS and GIO Stadium.

This is the details of the room:
- East-facing and unblocked view of a complex courtyard
- Central ducted reverse heating and cooling Aircon
- EER 5
- Built 10 years ago, a relatively new building and neighborhood
- 1 slot covered car space, first come first serve basis.
- 2 more car slots on the driveway.
- about 15 minutes walk to University of Canberra
- the complex is next to a bus stop route R9

Currently each room is empty, but it will be fully furnished with a bed frame, mattress, a desk and a chair. You can let me know if you prefer the room to be unfurnished. Each room has integrated wardrobe, with large mirror door.

Preferably starts from 7 July 2022. But I can arrange for earlier occupancy if necessary.
Minimum stay is 3 months.

Rate is 280 per week per room. This already includes gas, water and internet. Electricity bills will be shared.

Looking for male full-time working professionals or students, who are non-smokers, as housemates.

Sorry, no pets are allowed.

You'll share the house with me. I work full-time during the week and enjoy participating in group sports during the weekend. Viewing can be arranged.
