About the property
A beautiful light-filled home, complete with central heating for winter, and evaporative cooling and a swimming pool for summer! Located in a quiet neighbourhood with stunning views over Mt Ainslie and Red Hill. Our home is modern, spacious and fully furnished in communal areas. Gardener included. The housemates who live here treat the house as a home and would love to find incoming housemates with a similar approach!
Our place is a 15 minute drive to Civic and Kingston, a 10 minute walk to Curtin Coles and great coffee at RedBrick Espresso. There is a bus stop just around the corner. It's located in an ideal good spot for bike riding too, with lots of tree-lined paths that connect to the lake and Woden.
The two bedrooms that are available in mid-late January 2021 are both unfurnished:
- Bedroom 1 has polished wooden floorboards, an ensuite, built-in wardrobes and a large window that looks onto the backyard and pool and gets all the morning sunshine.
- Bedroom 2 is the biggest room in the house - with carpeted floors and two big windows that look out onto the rose bushes in our front garden, getting all the afternoon sun which is amazing in winter! The wardrobes pictured are not built in but are included.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a walk-in pantry, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop and loads of storage - perfect for anyone who loves to cook. The dining bar is perfect for catching up over coffee or a glass of wine.

About the flatmates
We are three friends in our mid to late 20's, (Josie, Hillary and Thuy) all professionals working full-time in healthcare. We love hanging out and sharing dinner together, but we also respect each other's space and privacy and are happy for people to do their own thing. We can all happily say that this is the nicest house we have ever lived in.
Two housemates (Hillary and Thuy) are moving out in mid-late January 2021 and we are looking for like-minded friendly, fun, considerate, reliable and tidy housemates to join Josie in this stunning home of ours!
